What data we keep and what we do with it.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the LOPDGDD. We process your data only to respond to you and to keep the website running. We do not sell it or share it with third parties without your permission.

2. Data we process

We only process the data you give us. Without an action on your part, we do not know who you are.

When you fill in the contact form: name, email, phone (if you provide it), and message.
When you book through Booking, Airbnb, or VRBO: we receive the data from them, in accordance with their privacy policy.
When you accept analytics: an anonymous visit metric via Vercel Analytics (it does not use third-party cookies).

3. What we use it for

To respond to your enquiry about bookings, events, or practical information.
To confirm the booking through the channel you prefer.
To improve the website (anonymously) if you accept analytics.

4. Legal basis

The consent you give us when you send the form. The performance of the contract if you go on to stay with us. Legitimate interest when we are talking about improving the website with aggregated and anonymous data.

5. Who accesses your data

Only we — Montserrat and José — read the messages that arrive through the form.

We work with three processors that comply with the GDPR:

Resend.com (Delaware, USA) — sends the form emails to the host. Data transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Vercel Inc. (California, USA) — serves the website and stores the technical logs. Data transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Google Ireland Ltd. — delivers the location map embedded on /contacto.

6. How long we keep it

Form messages: 12 months from the last contact, unless you book accommodation (in which case, for the duration of the contract + 6 years due to tax obligations).
Booking data: 6 years from the end of the stay (General Tax Law).
Technical logs: 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability of your data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

8. Minors

The form is not aimed at minors under 14. If you are a minor, do not send us your data without the permission of a responsible adult.

9. Changes to this policy

If anything important changes, you will see it reflected on this page and we will update the date above.
