El Castaño is the estate's house with character. The living room is crowned by a vault of wooden beams and closed off by a gable of exposed volcanic stone — the kind of space you remember long after you've gone home.
The bedroom has a double bed, a headboard against a coloured wall and another stone wall that carries through from outside. The living room holds a sofa bed, and the equipped kitchen is built into the same open space.
Outside, a covered porch with beams, lanterns and garlands looks onto the garden — the spot where dinners stretch long into the evening. It takes its name from the large chestnut tree that welcomes you at the entrance.
